Marinos Panayi

Soccer Player

Marinos is a State League 1 soccer player and has been using the Springys system since 2015. After a bad knee injury that knocked him out of his league, he found Springys and our expert exercise physiologists. Marinos says Springys was the only successful way to avoid injury and regain his professional playing ability. Since using Springys Marinos hasn’t missed a single game due to injury.

Diana Oldehus

Beach Vollyball Player

Diana competes in the Victorian Beach Volleyball Tour as one of the best in the competition ranked 11 out of 190 women in the 2019/20 season. Diana has always pursued training on and off the beach and loves Springys for its versatility. Diana uses her Springys system to “support her body from the niggles and muscle tweaks” that arise from the demands of the sport.  We look forward to following Diana’s journey as she continues to compete with Victoria’s elite beach volleyball players.

Mia-Rae Clifford

AFLW Player

AFLW Player Mia-Rae Clifford started using Springys in 2018 to improve her performance on the field. Mia’s performance focused prehab sessions led to her being re-drafted to Geelong in 2019, becoming their leading goalkicker for the season. Mia attributes her elite performance and her lack of injury to Springys saying: “I’ve never actually had a bad knee or ankle injury purely because of all the prehab work I’ve done here”.


Macoy Vargas


Boxer Macoy Vargas became a Springys Ambassador in 2019, and is a national level boxing competitor rising to amateur VIC champion in 2019. Macoy worked with our professional team of Springys exercise physiologists who developed a tailored program for him to help strengthen his knee, a reoccurring area of injury for him, as well as ongoing prehab to prevent further injury.

Georgie Coutts

Pilates instructor and former professional dancer

Georgie discovered the Springys system while working as a Pilates instructor in 2015, she fell in love with the versatility and functionality of the Springys system. Georgie has since incorporated Springys principles into her personal practice and instructional toolkit.
