What is Springys?

The ‘Springys’ apparatus is an evolution of the Pilates spring wall, containing 5 different length springs that attach to a wall or door mounted frame. It provides increased resistance and unparalleled capabilities to expand the scope of your exercise prescription.

Springys differs from a traditional spring wall in size, spring lengths, capacity for extensive movement, and added hand bar (which can double as a Barre). Our system provides spring resistance to the arms and legs to challenge the core, tone muscles, and improve mind-body coordination all of which can help prepare you for all kinds of functional movement in the outside world.

The Springys apparatus has wide-ranging benefits for all age groups and specific health needs.
